What is digital art?

It is a high resolution digital file that you can print and use in your scenarios or use digitally in your photographs, making image manipulation.

I can cancel
my purchase?

If you have not yet downloaded the purchased product, you have up to 7 days to request cancellation of the purchase and refund of payment. If you have already downloaded the product, the purchase cannot be canceled.

Can I share art with others?

No. The distribution or sharing of the arts is PROHIBITED, subject to judicial penalty. You are granted the right to use the image in your own printed materials.

how will i receive
my purchase?

You will only receive digital files. After making the payment, you will receive by e-mail a zip file (compressed) containing the digital file in high resolution.

what sizes of
digital files?

All children's digital arts measure 200 x 150 cm (Width x Height). Adult digital arts measure 300 x 260 cm (Width x Height). In some cases, the art floor is also available. To find out which sizes are available for each art, just consult the product description.

I can resell
the arts?

No. RESALE, distribution or any other type of commercial use, subject to judicial penalty, is PROHIBITED.

I will receive some
physical material?

No. You will only receive digital files.

How should be
made the impression?

We recommend that the artwork be printed on fabric with spandex, such as helanca or supplex, in white or off white. Prefer thick fabrics, which let less light through and make the colors stronger.
